SBMA Chairman Roberto V. Garcia (center) joins officials of the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority in bidding farewell to students who took part in the Special Program for the Employment of Students (SPES) during a send-off ceremony at the Subic Bay Freeport Monday morning. Around 18,000 college and vocational students in Central Luzon were given the opportunity this summer to work in companies and government offices in the region under the said program. Joining Chairman Garcia during the send-off ceremony were (from left): SBMA Labor Center manager Severo Pastor Jr., SBMA Deputy Administrator for Legal Affairs Randy Escolango, and SBMA Senior Deputy Administrator for Operations Ramon O. Agregado.
