SANG HYUN A. LEE is at the helm of BUMA Subic Hotel & Restaurant.
A Magna cum Laude, Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management,  with specialization in Culinary Arts from Enderun Colleges, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City, she had Culinary internship in Amanpulo, Palawan and Culinary Stagiaire in Le Pon’t de L’Ouysse, France (1-Michelin Star Restaurant).
BUMA Subic offers a casual dining ambiance and specializes in local and international comfort food, featuring dishes that highlight the use of local ingredients.
